		<description>Fantastic interview. For those who have not yet read Hall&#039;s HOW AMERICA DIED, I highly recommend it. And something that wasn&#039;t mentioned here is that Hall encourages reader response and participation with the book. So if you read it and have something to add, definitely do so.</description>
